It is best not to pack the product before a thorough inspection, which helps to avoid damage to the product and packaging materials due to repeated unpacking and repackaging, while saving time.
1. Calculate and record the quantity of finished products.
2. Verify the function, process, size, weight, label, packaging and mark of the product through our quality inspection.
3. Check each product to ensure that it meets the customer-specified quality standards.
4. Remove the defective product from the shipment and record the details of the defect.
5. Calculate and record the quantity of acceptable products.
